Voskhod Digital Engineering developed a website for Pilates RCC, the first boutique Pilates studio in Yekaterinburg. The site introduces a unique space and a new approach to physical health and psycho-emotional harmony.
The loading screen greets the user with a stylized person doing Pilates. Then the words “body, knowledge, consciousness” appear on the main page — the DNA of Pilates as a healing method. Its creator, Joseph Pilates, put awareness of movement, the unity of body and mind at the forefront. And he considered the main goal of training to be returning the body to its natural freedom and lightness.
All artistic techniques immerse the user in an atmosphere of relaxation and allow them to concentrate on the upcoming process. The background of the site is replaced by black and white detailed photos of real people: the shots demonstrate the grace of movement and the beauty of the human body. Air in proportions, minimalist graphics and card design free the mind from unnecessary noise. Even the site menu is devoid of headings. Instead, the desktop version features thumbnails of images — the text only appears when you hover over the entire block. The accent font creates a sense of stretching, hidden dynamics, and pleasant tension.
On the website, the user can get acquainted with the principles of Pilates and the Pilates RCC studio, the visual aesthetics of the space, the coaching staff, the formats of classes and services. Also, through the feedback form, you can send a request for a training session or a body aesthetics procedure.
