One of the city’s largest real estate development projects — the “Kaderle” residential complex by TOCHNO —was unveiled in Kazan. The complex’s name, logo, and brand identity were developed by the Voskhod agency.

“Kadérlé” translates from Tatar as “precious,” “valuable,” and “honorable.” The residential complex of the same name will be built in a new district where Kazan’s “second center” is taking shape. The prestige of the location and its connection to Tatarstan’s visual culture are reflected in the monogram logo. References to national traditions are also evident in the brand identity. The primary brand colors are malachite blue and mint green. Decorative rosettes, used as a stylistic element, are inspired by local architecture, where floral ornamentation serves as a traditional decoration. They can be used as a graphic element, a pattern, or a container for content.
