Voskhod has officially won a tender launched by Rostelecom-Solar, a subsidiary of Rostelecom, a Russian telecom giant. The company provides IT security services.
Together with the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Rostelecom-Solar is launching a new project devoted to improving the IT security culture in Russia. This intention does make sense: according to a national analytic center, 81% of Russians are not willing to take responsibility for their cyber-safety. They prefer to shift it on everyone else, including website owners, telecom operators or the government.
