Where to search for talented foreign applicants wishing to study for free at master's and postgraduate programs at Russian universities? 

In September, Voskhod will launch its fifth campaign to promote the Open Doors International Olympiad. Last year's experience showed that it was worth betting on Telegram Ads. We decided to scale this tool and selected relevant channels about education in 9 target countries. Most of the channels are in India, the rest are read by people from Cuba, UAE, Indonesia and a number of other countries. In three months, the campaign should generate 8000 registrations for the Olympiad.
